Online Order Return Policy

  • All returns must be approved via the form
    • *You will receive an email confirming if your return was approved/denied.
  • All *approved returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date to avoid a 20% restocking fee. 
  • All item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition.  Unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and with tags still attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any item(s) sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer.

Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Our store checks all items for any damages before shipping them. In the event we missed something (which is totally possible), please contact us immediately. 
  • Damages must be reported to us prior to use. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your item. If a report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and offer to replace if we have the item available or will issue a refund for the purchase.
  • Please contact us immediately at and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area, name and order number OR submit via our return form


  • Due to the limited quantities we carry, we cannot guarantee exchanges. Please indicate in the return form what size/item you would like to exchange for and we will make every effort to complete the request. 

Holiday Return Policy: 

  • Full price purchases made in the month of December (12/1-12/31) will have until January 14 to return or exchange these items. This does not apply to any items listed as Sale/Final Sale.

Price Adjustments:

  • If you bought the item on sale or at regular price and within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid. You may request a price adjustment/refund for the difference. Simply email us at with your order number and item you would like adjusted. In-store purchases are excluded, price adjustment is valid for online sales only. 

In-store Purchases:

  • All in-store purchases are considered final sale and are unable to be returned or exchanged at this time.
